6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery delays are generally outside AMORVASKA’s control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
7. WRONG OR INCOMPLETE DELIVERY INFORMATION
AMORVASKA is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to AMORVASKA because of an incorrect address, failed delivery or other customer-related issue, additional delivery charges may apply before the parcel is resent.
8. ORDER CANCELLATION
Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact AMORVASKA as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests are subject to the order status.
Once an order has been processed, packed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
9. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All return or exchange requests must be made by contacting AMORVASKA before sending any item back.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all original packaging, tags and accessories where applicable.
Items that have been used, damaged, altered, washed or returned without the required packaging may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Return and exchange approval is subject to inspection by AMORVASKA.

12. PERSONAL SHOPPER SERVICE
AMORVASKA offers a Personal Shopper Service to assist customers in sourcing selected handbags, wallets and other requested items.
Customers may provide a product image, model name, colour, size or other relevant details.
Availability, pricing and sourcing time depend on the requested item and its availability.
A Personal Shopper request does not guarantee that the requested item can be sourced.
Any applicable service fees, product costs or additional charges will be communicated before the order is confirmed.
13. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Some products may have limited availability.
Adding an item to your cart does not necessarily guarantee that the item will remain available until checkout is completed.
Products are subject to availability at the time the order is confirmed.
