PAYMENT METHODS
AMORVASKA currently accepts the following payment methods:
TOYYIBPAY ONLINE BANKING
Customers can make payment securely through ToyyibPay using the online banking options available at checkout.
ATOME PAYLATER
Customers can also choose Atome PayLater to split their purchase into instalments, subject to Atome’s eligibility requirements and approval.
TOYYIBPAY ONLINE BANKING
When choosing ToyyibPay at checkout, you will be redirected to the secure payment page to complete your transaction.
Please ensure that your payment is completed successfully before closing the payment page.
Your order will only be processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.
If your payment is unsuccessful, you may return to checkout and try again using the available payment options.
ATOME PAYLATER
AMORVASKA provides Atome PayLater as an alternative payment option for eligible customers.
Atome PayLater allows customers to split their purchase into instalments according to the payment plan displayed by Atome during checkout.
Approval, eligibility, instalment terms and payment arrangements are determined by Atome.
AMORVASKA does not control or determine a customer’s eligibility for Atome PayLater.
Customers are responsible for completing their instalment payments according to the terms provided by Atome.
PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
An order will only be considered confirmed once the payment has been successfully received and verified.
If you have completed payment but your order has not been updated, please contact AMORVASKA with your order details so we can assist with checking the payment status.
PAYMENT ERRORS
If a payment fails, is cancelled or is not completed successfully, the order may remain unpaid and will not be processed until successful payment is received.
Please do not make multiple payments for the same order without contacting us first if you are unsure about the payment status.
REFUNDS
Where a refund is approved in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, the refund process and method may depend on the original payment method used.
For payments made through Atome PayLater, any applicable refund or adjustment will be subject to Atome’s payment processing procedures.
PAYMENT SECURITY
AMORVASKA does not directly collect or store your online banking credentials, banking passwords or Atome account login details.
Payments are processed through the respective payment platforms.
Customers should never share their banking password, TAC, OTP or other confidential payment information with anyone claiming to represent AMORVASKA.
